NATHAN GARRIOCK
FAMILY STATEMENT
Our son Nathan aged one week past his 17 the birthday which we had just celebrated, he was the youngest
of 5 siblings. For us the tragedy of his murder has turned our whole family into dis belief, our hearts will never ever
be repaired a senseless waste of life and 19 years later we have no answers.
Nathan is not another victim, to us he is our son, brother, Uncle, grandson, nephew and mate.
A few things Nathan achieved in the last three months of his life, was an apprentice roof tiler, bought his
dirt bike, got his licence and bought a Holden Ute.
Then in his prime it was all taken from us, he was looking forward to starting his adult years with family, his mates and friends being a larrikin, kind and his personality always made us laugh.

GATECRASH
Nathan Garriock had just turned 17 when he was killed at his best friend’s party. Hundreds of people were at the birthday bash, yet no one admits seeing anything. Excessive alcohol consumption, time and perhaps allegiance between mates have muddied the waters of the police investigation. His family have waited years and want to know – who killed Nathan?
