29 January 1991, 42-year-old Gregory John "Haystacks" McDonald was gunned down as he rode his Harley Davidson motorcycle along Victoria Street in the western Sydney suburb of Wetherill Park. McDonald was an interstate truck driver and had been a member of the Gypsy Jokers motorcycle club.
